Firstly, you need to figure out how to get 2 Mutilation Guards in your rings. I don't care how you do it, but it's essential for survival.

These two coupled with Esoteric Alteration ensures you have the required damage reduction while youre screaming at your enemies.

Now in the cube, you want Slorak's Madness. With this build you wont die, but in case you do, this will make sure you don't lose too much of your Self Esteem stat.

Custerian Wristguards in your armor slot because you want more XP dont you?

Wyrdward in your jewelry slot. Do I really have to explain why?

It doesn't really matter as there is no Volume Increase stat. The louder, the better, but no dice here.

Build Guide

This is the Yelling at Demons build. It uses the overlooked items that drop over and over and over and over again. In the right hands, this build can clear Greater Rifts upwards of GR1+.

The idea of this build is to use the increased vocal volume that Skull of Resonance will provide. Using that helm, you can yell at demons all day long and they are guaranteed to hear your vocal chords of doom.

Items/Cube

Ill go over the build item by item first:

Head: Skull of Resonance is the only absolute necessity due to its acoustic amplification uses.

Shoulders: Corruption shoulders give you the intimidating look you'll need to push lower GRifts.

Amulet: Unbeknownst to many, Murlocs are actually terrifying to demons. Hang this puppy on your neck and they'll shiver like wet chihuahuas.

Torso: Blackthorne's 2 piece is incredibly strong. 250 vitality will keep you from getting bursted by monsters in Hard mode, and 10% damage to elites is too good to pass up. Also, Blackthorne's drops every 3 minutes, so getting an ancient is no problem.

Wrists: Custerian's are amazingly good. With the insane amount of gold in Diablo 3 that just sits on your character and never actually goes down, why not put it to use on your XP bar? The higher your paragon level, the stronger you are.

Hand's: Who the hell is Pender? After an undisclosed number of hours of playtime, Pender will materialize from these gauntlets and replace Kadala. Pender actually has ALL items in the game available for gamble. Not a flexible gear slot.

Waist: You are a sonic Vigilante, taking justice away from the angels and into your own hands. Cooler than Batman's utility belt.

Legs: For Blackthorne's 2-piece of course.

Feet: In case you get in a tight spot and have to tapdance your way out of trouble (wallers, jailer, etc.)

Rings: When you have finished an Act 1 Bounty run you can just pop this bad boy off your finger into the cube and run a vault. Synergizes perfectly with Custerians to boost paragon acquisition.

Main hand: The Barber in my experience is close to being as effective as The Furnace at removing hair and staying fabulous.

Off-Hand: Kill is underrated. It kills things. It's in the name.

Skills:

The general principle is easy. Furious charge into the middle of a large group of demons. Use your War Cry to get psyched out to amplify your Threatening Shout. Demons will be so threatened, they won't be any trouble for you to speedclear. We don't use runes in these slots because we don't need to.

If anything does happen to get away from your howl of terror, throw a hammer at their face. Thats where Weapon Throw comes in.

Sprint with Marathon to the next pack so you dont lose valuable time. With our Gems and the Blackthorne's 2-piece we have our survivability covered, so use this to close gaps.

The fourth skill is kept empty to avoid complicating things unnecessarily.

All of our passives are for emergencies only. When you reach GRift 2+, things can get hairy and you may need to shout more than once for some of the bigger guys.

Remember you have Kill. Things will die.
