Ring of Royal Grandeur

Not really much to say about the items. You only need 2 of the 3 Sage's pieces obviously (I like the gloves as one of the pieces since you can get good CHD and CC by being able to craft them). Nemesis Bracers and Bracers of the First Men, use whichever has the better stats and cube the other.

Amethyst in the helm, though you can use a Ruby for some bonus XP if you're finding it a little too easy. Rubies in the chest and legs and you can swap some or all for Diamonds if you need a bit more survivability.

Build Guide

So after trying out a few DB farming builds I read about, I started playing around a bit coming up with a T8 death's breath farming build of my own based around items I had and the build I was using for greater rifts, and I'm pretty happy with this. It clears extremely fast and I would typically get 25-40 death's breaths per run, depending on the amount of elites, shrines and extra DBs off elites. I mostly ignore trash and just hunt elites and shrines, with a typical run being around 3-5 minutes (very dependent on rift makeup obviously). I found I was usually sitting around 400 DB per hour.

Furious Charge for movement and proccing Focus/Restraint, Sprint up almost 100%, and with Boon of the Hoarder's speed buff, you're going to be flying around the map. If you're having a bit of trouble with life regen, swap Brawler for Bloodthirst. I use the enchantress for the ASPD and Armor buffs as well as the AOE debuff.
