The 2 set for Helltooth provides you with a DPS increase just from using Piranhas and Firebats. Both of which will be used frequently, so your 2set bonus should always be active.

Having Firebats(Vampire) + Coils of the First Spider (bracers) means that you can quickly get 15 Fetish Syncophants and keep them up without needing to select the Fetish Syncophant passive.

***Hellfire Amulet note*** If you get the Hellfire Amulet and it has one of the 4 passives that I have in this current build, I recommend getting either:

1. Spirit Vessel - If you find yourself dying frequently

2. Confidence Ritual - If you aren't dying very much.

You'll likely be hanging out within 20 yards anyways to spam your Firebats, so I find CR to be useful, but some people like the cushion that SV provides. So, it's personal preference.

Build Guide

You'll clearly start by summoning your Zombie Dogs, Gargantuan and Fetish Army right off the bat. As long as you have your Zuni 2 set, your army will last until they die. So you can cast and forget about them.

Then you want to go up and start casting Firebats on everything in sight. This will first be because you want to get your 15 Fetish Syncophants.

After that, you just want to run through, casting Piranhado on large packs to group them together and then just channel Firebats. Keep in mind that by using the above setup, your mana regeneration/pool will be very low. So you can't just keep cancelling firebats and starting it again without some delay. You'll get a feel for this the more you play with it.

I'm still working on this build, currently able to do t8/t9 and I don't even have everything on this list, still working towards it. But comment if you have suggestions. :)
