Hurl a barrage of arcane projectiles that deal 400% weapon damage as Arcane to all enemies near the impact location.

Arcane Torrent damage is increased by 305% weapon damage every second, up to a maximum total of 1010% weapon damage as Arcane.
Static Discharge

Each missile explodes into 2 piercing bolts of electricity that each deal 150% weapon damage as Lightning.
Ice Armor Crystallize

Cost: 25 Arcane Power

Surround yourself in a barrier of ice that reduces damage from melee attacks by 12%. Melee attackers are either Chilled or Frozen for 3 seconds. Lasts 10 minutes.

Only one Armor may be active at a time.
Crystallize

When you are struck by a melee attack, your Armor is increased by 20% for 30 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
Archon Pure Power

Cooldown: 120 seconds

Transform into a being of pure arcane energy for 20 seconds. While in Archon form, your normal abilities are replaced by powerful Archon abilities, your damage is increased by 30%, and your Armor and resistances are increased by 150%.

Each enemy killed while in Archon form increases your damage by 6% for the remaining duration of Archon.

Decrease the cooldown of Archon to 100 seconds.

Archon abilities deal Lightning damage instead of Arcane.

Hey boyz! Season One & Two - Rank 1 monk (world) here!

In my opinion/experience this build is currently one of the strongest possible wizard setups for solo competitive greater rift laddering.

Please note: I always keep my diablo fans guides up to date and will be making adjustments to the guide whenever there is a shift in endgame meta! so be sure to check back, and vote on the guide!

Basic game-play strategy:

Build Chantodo's stacks and reduce Archon cooldown with Arcane torrent
Use Archon (only if @ 20 Chantodo's stacks)
Use Slow Time (just once every time you enter [Archon Form])
Spam Arcane Blast [Archon Form]
Hold down Arcane Strike [Archon Form]
Pull enemies misc with Disintegration [Archon Form]
Maintain Ice Armour buff
Maintain Magic Weapon buff

Skill variations:

Blizzard - Snowbound (Use instead of magic weapon, for Animation canceling technique shown in video guide).

FAQ:

Q: Why am i getting instantly killed g45+?

A: Make sure your stats look something like this: 1200+ All resistance | 9000+ Armour | 500,000+ Health.

Q: What gem should i put in my helmet socket?
A: Diamond. CDR = Dmg + Survivability!

Q: What normal gems should i put in my chest/pants?
A: Topaz (Diamonds if you're HC).

Q: What follower should i use?
A: Templar. Why? Inspire (x1.1 ALL resource generation).

Q: What procs APD's?
A: Freeze = Stun.
