Falling Sword Rapid Descent

You will need around 40% CDR to be able to keep up the 2 and 4 set for Falling Sword and Provoke at all times.

You can also go Focus/Restraint for 50% extra damage, but I don't recommend it, since you're loosing 50% of the potential damage.

In groups you wanna go with a Stone of Jordan, for max elite damage.

Paragon points are pretty standard. Nothing special here.

Build Guide

This is an all out block build, focusing on 6 set of the 2.3 crusader set "Seeker of the Light" and Blood Brothers proc when you block. I've been able to round 90% block with a 15% BB. You will want to go in with Falling Sword, followed by an Iron Skin and Akarats Champion. After that you spam your hammers and Provoke, to keep having the 90% block. Use Laws of Valor for a huge burst of damage against an elite pack or high amounts of monsters.
