Build Guide
INTRO
Pure DMO fun that maximizes speed, burst & utility for blazing through GR40s. The build uses Arcane Orb - Frozen Orb for its nuke,s and In-Geom supported Slow Time & Teleport for speed & utility. It is by far the most effective and fastest build for speed 40s that I have tested.

GAMEPLAY
1. You main job as a FO nuke wiz is to take down fat / dense trash & elites.
2. Make sure you stutter step to cast Piercing Orb to refresh your Triumv AO stacks as well as Restrain buff.
3. Slow time should be casted to cover maximum density / center of elites.
3. FO should be aimed directly @ 20-30 yards away from the primary target. This ensures a double / triple hit from FO (pass through --> explosion --> chill dot).
Main DMG source: Frozen Orb
Main survival mechanics: Force Armor & Dominance, Teleport.
Main Utility strength: Low ST CD, & Cold Blooded.

I've pretty much aped this build (missing a couple good rolls and an ancient Triumvirate) - http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/yellow5us-1781/hero/63803217
I also entered it into d3planner and found that switching to MW:Conduit substantially increases the DPS of the build. It even reduces the need for Reapers Wraps, maybe eliminates them? It opens up the option to wear Warzechians for more speed =)
Anyway, I love this build!
Oh one more thing: I also found that switching from BoP to Iceblink is a very small DPS hit but is great for survivability, and support too.
