Build Guide

Items are chosen because of speed.
T6 Rifts are done really quickly - same goes for T6 bounties of course.

This little GIF, pretty much shows how grouping with someone using this build would look like:
http://9gag.com/gag/azEB5EB
...you are basically miles ahead and the rest of the party is demoted to only picking up items, as you are destroying every single mob at high speed without needing to stop.

Amulets:
The ones I picked for the build, are just the ones I have available and use on/off. They are not a requirement for the build to work.
Any amulet would do, as long as you focus on damage output.

Weapons:
They are chosen specifically because of the set bonus. It's a must.
You probably won't be able to keep your fury up without them (not saying it's impossible, but it kinda takes away some of the speed in the build).

Speed Items:
Krelm's Buff Belt: +25% Speed when not getting hit.
- You won't get hit much, as you mainly use WW-Hurricane to drag the mobs behind you and into your tornadoes (...where they end up dying.)
Boon of the Hoarder: +25% Speed on gold pickup.
- You get gold and speed.
Warzechian Armguards: +50% Speed when destroying something.
- The description doesn't mention the amount of speed, but as far as I recall, it's something like 50% for 3-4 seconds or so. This is a really nice item, as your tornadoes are going all over the place anyway.

You can always swap out the bracers for some Nemesis Bracers (if you have some) to get more elites, but you miss out on the speed buff ^_^

In regards to farming Grifts, I've had experience with doing 30-40 (depending on the mobs and so on), fairly quickly with this setup. This means that you need to get rid of Boon of the Hoarder or course, seeing as it's useless in Grifts. I use Bane of the Powerful instead.
Just keep in mind, that having a pretty high level Taeguk is something you might want to get, if you want to run this build in Grifts.
I don't farm Grifts that much with this setup - mostly just T6 Rifts and bounties, as that's waaaaay faster. Grifts at 40-44 are doable with this setup as well, but that would require you to look at the screen 100% of the time, when the Guardian pops up (Elites aren't an issue, as you skip those anyway).

To sum up this build:
I don't watch the screen that much, when blasting through T6 Rifts/Bounties. I tend to have a show (NetFlix) running on another monitor and just glance at the game now and again :D

Side-note:
This build is VERY suitable for the "Avarice" conquest :)
Just got it earlier (EU: Rank 404), without any other gold find than what the gem and Kymbo amulet gave me (didn't set paragons for it..).
