1. Rings - For solo unity, for team Rogar

2. Belts - if toughness is still a problem use string of ears. WH is best suited as it makes up for dmg loss from 3rd gem being def.

3. Weapon doesnt matter much as long as its ancient and gives good dps. I use scourge.

4. Piro Marella with high block chance str and crit and shiled bash dmg.

helm can be without socket on str,vit, crit chance and shiled bash dmg. (use CDR instead of max life on shoulders in this case)

boots should be str vit all res and shield bash dmg (max movement speed from para points)

Same points go as in many other builds. Look to keep 20% CDR. If u have 20% dont spend on CDR in para points.

Build Guide

Pros:

High controll - all skills are freeze + stun + perma blind

tanky - gems and rings are going to synch well, thus provide you with a lot of durablity in battle + Akkarat on packs for extra 150% armor

spammy - (laws 50% res.coast red. + pira marella (40-50% res. coast red on shield bash) + Cindercoat (20-30 res.coast red.)

Cons:

You can get stuck due to no unhinderd movement
