This build combines 3 sets
Immortal king 4 set is pretty imporant for perma berskerer , the crowd control immunity and permanent movement speed boost alone are reasons enough to take it, the 6 set isn't as important on T6 so you can try mixing up a different combo of gear.
Bull-kathos's weapons and focus and restraint are optional although they are the optimal pieces for this build. Convention of the elements, unity, stone of jordan, ring of royal grandeur are all possible replacements for Focus+Restraint. On the T6 version I really don't recommend ever dropping the BK weapons, they're just amazing for speed clears.
For the shoulders you can really take anything, I recommend profane pauldrons when you're using reaper's wraps.
For the bracers,
Either go nemesis ( for more elites, take this option if you have real sick gear and basically one shot elites, when you're still low gear, elite packs die too slow to really bother running nemesis )
Or go warzechian if you want to move even faster.
Or go reaper's wraps if you're lacking damage/toughness, this allows you to swap the fury generation passive and fury generation call of the ancients to either a defensive or offensive version. The reaper's wraps will take care of your fury generation ( Take + max fury in paragon if you use reapers )
I couldn't list whirlwind damage on the gear list : Get it on helm/boots, although you should prioriize 6% crit chance on helm over 15% Whirlwind damage.
Stat priority is the same as every other spec in this game, get high crit chance and crit damage ( and this build benefits from attack speed as well ), when using BK weapons there is NO need for CDR at all, it's a wasted stat, so go whatever in your helm gem, you can even take a topaz for farming T6 or a ruby, even though they both barely do anything in T6, you don't really need life, CDR does nothing, so there's few options left. Or just be lazy and go wiht life anyway so you can facetank molten without caring.
You can easily just go full offensive in T6 and just use the 50% toughness rune on Call of the ancients to make up for going zero toughness, ancients don't really do much damage anyway, and the fury generation from them isn't great on T6 either as the mobs die too fast for them to hit much.

Build Guide
The build combines several sources of movement speed with high damage.
The damage comes from Whirlwind with the dust devils rune(physical), which is further amplified by the legendary gem choices.
Use frenzy every 4 seconds to keep up Focus and Restraint and the movement speed buff, in reality you'll often not be able to hit frenzy as stuff dies to fast, so only hitting frenzy on an elite pack is good as well, the F+R damage will help to kill the elite pack, and the frenzy rune will help you moving on after the elite pack.
The build is very heavily aoe focused, just as the usual barb build, although the difference between single target and AOE is less than a furious charge build, the rift guardian will still take 5-10 seconds to go down on T6, but the speed/aoe before getting to the RG is worth it.
Great build, fast and powerful, when Warzechian procs it's just nuts! If you're really up for something hilariously fast, try throwing on Avarice Band with Boon of the Hoarder and Rorg with Chilaniks Chain, not nearly as strong as Focus/Restraint but it sure is a hoot to play.
Definitely not as efficient but entertaining as hell when you have a full group of barbs flying around the map like that, especially when you hit a speed pylon. I saw my movement speed get up around 330% at one point.
good, ty, very fast
Just saying, i'm doing way more fast carying 3 people in t6 with the waste set/warzechian/sprint/chilaniks, I suppose it could be even faster with the gold gem but I really don't see why you would do that since you would lose more time killing elites. Basically I think restraint/focus is way less effective than convention of element and/or SoJ. I don't use the lightning gem, I prefer using bane of the powerful since it's a permanent 20% dmg and a faster clear for the elites.
The dmg generated by the 6 piece set of the waste is tremendous and I pretty much think it's not an option when you play WW making it your first choice when speed farming. Tornadoes kill all the thrash mob on the first passage and kill elite packs in less than 3 seconds, 10 to 15 seconds for the rift boss. And I'm talking for a 4 people game. (More XP, more MF, more love)
Droping IK give you belt spot -> More move speed with Chilaniks than WoTB
Droping focus/restraint -> No more need for frenzy, avarice band possible or SoJ/CoE. More possibilities for speed slot.
My opinion, but I tried your build and it was OK but not realy viable on a public game.
@RpAngriff
The build is not really meant for public games its meant for solo T6 farming. Im sure the Wastes set is nice for public games however i see this build as a great way to clear rifts and get what items you want
I 100% agree! I am using wastes with rorg and hexing pants, chilaniks, wreath of lightning and warzechains.
Alternatives to use while farming the ideal gear in this guide:
Blackthorne's 2-3 piece - will probably drop before all IK slots and are same slots.
Ring of Royal grandeur - Easy to get and will boost sets. Ideal for boosting your IK set if you only have 3 piece to 4 which will significantly increase your damage.
Any ancient 1-hand weapon
Or just craft Hallowed set to get started (Hallowed Breach and Nemesis) Be sure to put Nemesis in your main hand slot for the added rage generation.
*Note these are only to be used until you get the gear in this guide*
How did you realease that conduit-like rays?
Wreath of Lightning.
all you really need is 6ww 2ik and the bulkathos's, dmg is very high and the speed is insane. Only class faster (including killing very pack) is probly monk
Monk is faster but has little to no cleave (damage radius) and is dizzying to play.
What passive could I use to swap with Unforgiving.
So, this build is really great for speed farming. Easily blows through T6 content in no time. It is also great for farming mid 30's rift stones. I don't know why focus and restraint are listed here though. They actually slow you down. Because the only ability you have to trigger the second buff, which is where the synergy for high dps is... is frenzy. Using frenzy completely slows down the speed of this build.
I find using a skull grasp, and even the unity setup you may have for IK+WW build makes it easier. And farming blood shards is faster with this build just doing regular T6 rifts, simply because you clear the rifts in a few minutes. Even poor density rifts will be cleared in just a few minutes. You also see plenty of treasure goblins, including the Blood shard gob. I basically put up my buffs, and press whirlwind. Don't even stop. only refreshing Sprint, Battle Rage, and Wrath as needed.
I have a great IK+WW build, but it feels and is!, so slow compared to this, and is just not needed for T6. I only use that build for high Grifts.
Good luck. Obviously subjective opinion, but the Focus and Restraint combo just seem to slow you down with this build.
I have one question about next patch. is this build still functional in Torment X?
Are the focus and restraint rings necessary for this build? I tried it without the rings because I don't have them, and my clear time is super slow.
Hi, just wondering if this build is still useful for farming T6 in patch 2.3. I've only just made a new character a few days ago, but luckily managed to get 4IK and 2 BK already. Seeing as I have some of the gear, I thought I'd start with this build. Is there anything you would change?
Thanks.
2 thumbs up. \\//
No fury issues as well as damage reduction. Great build. 2 thumbs up \\//.
