I'm just gonna take the important stuff here,
Amulet: Hellfire is ofc the best choice if you have a decent one, one extra passive isn't important though. But any decent amu with fire%/chc/chd would do it. I prefer fire% over int, ancient items makes up for the int loss.
Chest: Cindercoat definetly BiS, for RCR and fire%, Blizzard% damage instead of vit. You most likely don't need vit there.
Bracers: Speedbracers, as I would like to call it, one of the most important item for the build, the movement speed buff is 50% and procs if you hit any wreckables, and there are wreckables everywhere, it's good especially for this build because of Blizzard's AoE radius.
Gloves: I prefer shrine gloves, mostly because of fleeting but also for empowered, but FB's might be better if you wanna use Hexing's pants, should be perfect if you're low on paragon. (Let's say under 700). Magefist is a good choice also for it's extra damage to fire element.
Belt: I prefer WH, but Krelm's is a better option if you like to speed up.
Pants: Firebird's or Hexings there, depends if you want 10min shrine effect or 25% more damage and resource generation.
Weapon: Ancient devastator and Ancient furnace would be best in slot. You gain more sheet damage from the furnace and 40-50% bonus to elites, but you'll lose 30-40% fire damage, % fire applies to both white mobs and elites, Also you can't use Hexing's pants or Shrine gloves if you take the furnace, which would be another 25% damage loss from Hexing's. So I would say devastator, no doubt. But I'm not sure if the sheet damage increase from the phoenix would be worth switching . Guess I will update very soon if someone is interested.. but it's only T6 so, no need to worry about that I guess. Not gonna talk about Aether Walker cus I haven't tested it yet and it's not quite important, especially if you're playing in groups with speedbuff from barb / crus, it also lacks damage for this build.

Gems: Zei's is my favorite, you can stay at the end of the screen while the affected mob is at the other end, and enjoy the loss of your crit stat for socket. No matter if you stay further than 50 yards, but the FB's dot goes off if you're 2.5 screen away from the bleeding mob. Bane of the powerful and Toxin is also the way to go for T6.

Build Guide
With great gear and gameplay, the rift clears can be incredibly fast, It's also easy to play with as you're only pusing 3 buttons most of the time. I can't say how much I enjoy clear all the floors with good group, the gameplay is easy and should be quite interesting if you're not familiar to Firebird's.
It's originally made for patch 2.1.2 but it's still viable for 2.2, as no major changes were made to the set, or items needed for the build.
Regards,
Thank you, well it depends on map / mobs, like we all know, Also I haven't counted the minutes but the clear time is fast enough.
Just tried this, pretty sweet.
What gems (in your armor/weapon) are you running?
Emerald in weapon, and topaz in armor sockets.
Btw, I tried a little bit different setup with Aether Walker, F/R rings and Hexing pants.. the rings can make up for the loss of ancient devastator. I'll post another good speedy build soon..
Thanks for replying..
Is there a possibility of getting a video of this build, I feel like my clears are a bit slower than they should be, I mean I practically 1 shot everything in my path on Tal Rasha's I know it is impossible to make it as fast as Tal Rasha's but it feels EXTREMELY slow compartively, the rift guardians specifically seem to take quadruple the time.
