Boots can be swapped for Inna's in 2.2; Lose 1 Ally, gain Torch/Furnace. Basically getting the 4 set Sun's + 6 set Inna's. Gungdo Gear for obvious reasons.

Build Guide

Inna's 2.2 will cause your allies to use your spenders when you do. With Lightning, this means 1 EP from you is equal to 6 EPs on mobs. 1 WoL becomes 3 with the Crudest. W/o Crudest it's still 4 and 2. What this means is you'll be spending less spirit to deal out the same damage you are pre-patch, meaning more spirit can be spent to deal more damage. No sweeping wind, you won't need it.
