Important to note that with the bracer change, the element of choice might change to physical instead of fire.

For the time being I recommend using this fire setup I have updated this guide to.
Build Notes
- Focus and Restraint+IK Gloves for Group-play, swap Bash(Punish) in for either stomp or warcry.
- Can go Focus and Restraint+IK Gloves /w Lightning Ancients (-50% dmg) for solo as well.
- Unity+RORG+Tasker for Solo is preferred.
- Hellfire Amulet really good here, best 5th passive would be boon or brawler.
- Max fury on Belt+Gavel is preferred, needs to be one off from perfect fury rolls (35 max fury = 7% Crit)
- Take 50 max fury in paragon as well (50 max fury = 10% Crit).
- Fury returned per hota roll doesn't matter, damage is preferred (20 min roll already = free hota).
- HOTA Damage on Helm and Boots.
- Call of Ancients Damage on Shoulders and Chest.
- Drop Crit Chance on Helm for Vitality is more optimal.

the smite gem procs a lot off the high proc coefficient of fire hota and slaughter procs it as well, it's a really powerful gem in this scenario.
I switched gems in helm to demo another setup that would be more in tune for group-play but can also work for solo.
So glad to see the rise of HotA Smash once again.
Quick question (possibly noob question, haven't played barb since Vanilla),
How are you staying fury capped without having the Ancient's rune where their attacks give you fury on hit?
The weapon + Weapon Master passive
is it really effective?
