No point to CC!! AS always first!

Build Guide

2.3.2015:

Hi. I palying Monk since D3V released and also like to test new stuffs and builds.

Here is my:

Non-Crit-High AS Rainment Monk

Which I´m testing now on PTR. This build is based on non-Crit Chance gear, high AS as possible and really cool stuff to proc.

Must have items, that are necessary for this build is new Broken promise ring, Flying Dragon daibo and new Rainment set for Monks :).

I will focus on Holy elemnt now, because of Mirinae legendary gem and high proc rate of Holy WothF.

High AS+Flying Dragon+Broken promise+Mirinae+Way of the Hundred Fist+Rainment set have incredible synergy and you can achive 3s 100% CC and max. 1s minimum CC. Broken promise ring proc like a maniac with high AS, lowest CC, FD daibo and WothF. The same is for Mirinae gem. You can have 100% CC up in 95% of time! And when FD daibo proc you feel like a unbeatable beast

I have 1 milion dps in normal state. When BP ring proc (first hits of every attack) my dps growes to 3 milions. With FD and ring procs I have 6 milions DPS! And this is too much often :). This all is for WothF skill but we have Dashing Strike too! Great mobility with great damage (around 200milions on everything you dash through). Like Raekor barb but with better single damage due to WothF and Mirinae :).

On gear there will be AS where is possible and +%skills to DS and WothF

This is the first interpretation of PTR, so things maybe will change!

Skills:

Alacrity: AS for WothF

Mythic Rhythm: boost dmg

Exalted soul: for spirit regen, can be swap to Momentum for more damage boost.

WothF (holy): High proc chance for Broken promise,FD daibo,Mirinae gem. boosted from Rainment set.

DS: Boosted from Rainment set, mobility, great damage

Blinding flash: Crowd control and huge dmg boost

Mantra of Retribution: AS

Air Ally: Spirit regen

Epiphany: Spirit regen or Desert shroud for more thoughness
