-Use a Ruby in Helm + Diamonds or Rubys in chest/pants as desired

-Poison on Shoulders/Chest should read as Furious charge damage

-I prefer Heart Slaughter over furnace here because your job in the group(Monk, Barb, 2x DH) is to let the monk pull and apply exploding palm. After that you charge in and set off your battle rage bloodshed chain reaction which will always nuke the low hp mobs down instantly which in turn sets off a chain reaction of the monks exploding palms that nuke down the rest of the mobs in a glorious lag filled one shot. Apply this strategy while having elite packs in the middle of the white mobs and you will even one shot blue packs in 35-40.

-You don't have ignore pain here so I use lots of life per fury from bloodthirst/belt and pop sprint/battle rage together for a total of 112k hp per sec. I also take 50 fury in paragon just in case I need to heal while not being able to charge into mobs.

-You do not want pain enhancer because if you have to charge mobs to stun them and wait for the monk to pull you don't want to dot down the low hp mobs before you get them grouped as you will lose lots of dps towards the bigger mobs. On top you want to up your burst dps as much as possible

-Last thing is yes, I only use 4 piece raekor because 1 like I said you don't need single target or want to dot down low hp mobs and 2 you wan't to use the 2 xp rings, leorics crown, and vile wards and to use 5 raekor you have to drop one of those which is not worth it in my opinion.

Build Guide

So if you didn't know in 2.1.2 bonus exp on gear is multiplicative in Greater Rifts so by equipping 45% xp from a hellfire ring, 30% from a leoric ring, and 82% from a leoric crown with a ruby you can get over 150% bonus which is Grift 35 xp times 2.5. Your job in the speed 35 Greater Rift group of Monk, Barb, and 2 Demon Hunters is to let the monk pull and apply exploding palm. Always move on when the density wears down so if you blow up the screen and there is a yellow at 23% heath leave it for the demon hunters and the barb/monk should move on to the next screen/room. The Demon Hunters job (or x dps class who can single target when needed) is to clean up after the monk/barb duo because without density the monk/barb loose their huge damage/synergy and at the end of the rift obviously the Demon Hunters take care of the boss. This strategy can easily get you 3 minute Greater Rift 35 clears if you focus but make sure the barb and monk are stay one or two screens ahead of the demon hunters (unless there's a big nasty fight that needs the whole group which is fine.) The deal is you want to keep the strength in numbers bonus xp buff at 3 stacks but the monk/barb and 2x Demon Hunter should be clearing somewhat separate to increase the speed of the run.
