Welcome to the TR Cold Rush build!

This build requires a priority on Spirit regen, but is a very flexible build with item changes to your preference. But you still want main stats so try this priority 1. Dex 2. Spirit Regen 3. Vit..... Crit Damage should be around 300% with about 25-40% Crit Chance.

Items! if you don't have a Rorg that is fine! you can run this build without it just fine. But without it, it is less flexible. So lets do a run down without a rorg. First all of Sunwuko will be required and 3 pieces of Inna's set so you can keep up Sweeping wind basically for free! You will also need The Crudest Boots so you can have 2x the Air Ally buff. Run Soj and Unity for the Elite dmg bonus Unity can be switched out if you don't have one or don't have use for one at the moment for something with more Crit dmg or chance. Also you want the Gungdo gear bracers so that EP spreads to nearby enemies. Now Gems, I run all Diamonds in chest and pants for the Resist all but if you're not having trouble with Resists then go ahead with emeralds. Leg gems, with the new ones out I also like to run Esoteric Alteration for even more resist, Bane of the trapped will also be good with the chill effects going on.

Now with a rorg, Rings run Soj and Rorg (obviously), this is where you can be flexible, Gloves you could run Frostburn for Cold dmg and CC potential, could trade out an Inna's set like Innas reach for Flying Dragon (which procs off tempest rush and makes TR Flurry stack faster), Warstaff of General Quang is also another good weapon since it gives you the Tailwind rune (25% movement speed while using TR) giving you more dodge potential. Really this is all on item preference when it comes to switching out items.

Also on gear get cold dmg% and another Note, if you feel like you don't need the double ally for regen then use Ice Climbers will help stop being stopped from Crowd control effects. %#$@ Jailers

Build Guide

This build is centered around Tempest Rush Flurry & Exploding Palm Impending Doom

Don't use a generator you shouldn't need one and its just a waste of a hot bar skill. Just Tempest rush around and build up Flurry stacks (150% dmg per stack 100 cap) place EP Impending Doom on weak mobs cyclone strike them into stronger ones and watch them all explode....really explode (800million - 1billion) dmg, Keep Sweeping Wind Inner Storm up so you gain that Spirit regen. So the main skills you will actively use are going to be Tempest Rush - Exploding Palm - Cyclone Strike. If you are getting stunned a lot don't be afraid to use Cyclone Strike Wall of Wind to freeze enemies, spam it if you have to having enough spirit regen you can walk away for a second or two or use ally to gain Spirit back.

Also while you aren't fighting and have sweeping wind at max stacks keep using Sweeping wind to keep it max! Use Tempest rush to build up Flurry stacks to use on the next Elite you run across to start the fight off with a nice chunk of dmg, Place EP on a few nearby weaklings cyclone strike into elite packs and explode them.

This build is good at getting through T6 rifts fairly quickly and runs Great Rift 30 pretty well hasn't been tested yet on anything higher. Maybe with Higher ranked Leg gems.
