Legendary Gems
Legend gems: Solo: Trapped Group: Toxin; Zei's and Powerful required. I find the area of effect slowing to be very useful while kiting and navigating mobs. I also have my templar setup with thunderfury and force deflection.
I list a few slots as reccommended as I was gathering gear I used 2 piece blackthornes prior to a string of ears drop. I find I have much more flexability in gear selection with RoRG. This allows you to use Leorics Crown for more CD or Ice Climbers. Illusionary boots are very nice on the console and makes kiting very easy. For Torment 6, you don't really need to focus that much on %elite damage especially if you're in a group. But get it if you can.

Core- Make sure you max out your movement speed rest is up to you. I like INT right now based on my toughness, your mileage may vary.
Offense- I use blazar for my main everything, control, DoT application to elites, so I value cool-down reduction. But CHD>CDR>>CHC>>>>>>>>>>>AS. Attack speed is marginally useful for Hydra, but since we're using one and beyond having a tank mobs are constantly moving (so are you).
Defense- I go with Life Regen, especially while farming, dominance is a huge bubble and if you get hit through it, you're doing it wrong and while farming stuff is constantly dieing your bubble will be full and the fastest way to get back is Life Regen or Life on Kill. In Grift Life on Regen is faster than Life on Kill. But majority of you're healing 30+ is coming from your templars abilities (Make sure you give him as much CDR as possible). I found in group play my health was not returning unless we killed, thus I needed Life Regen. Armor and Resist all are great, pick which ever you need, Armor is traditionally better.
Uitility- Resource cost, after that, throw a dart at the wall for what you want. Life on Hit is near useless to wizards. (with this build).
