There is 2 different way to go. Go whith Zunimassa what gives you stability you have Fetishes all the time so you do not need to worry about the cooldown. I like and use this way.
Or you go with Aughild's that is opens up the slots for rings SoJ and unity. But if elits get you on cooldown you dead.
With Blackthorne's you get the vit and the elit dmg what is nice, but The Witching Hour and Hexing Pants with a Hellfire amulett is the perfect way to go. If you do not have those Bane of the Trapped work with nice synergy with Pox Faulds, at the and you boosting your damage really high so Pox Foulds 200% dmg per sec is nice till you finde a Hexing Pants.
Homonculuc needs to be 4 sec one.
Pain Enhencer is wery strong but that is the gem what could be changed to Gem of Efficacious Toxin or Bane of the Powerful.

With this build you will spaming Piranhas to get the Bane of the Trapped gem trigerd. So going into a fight runing into the bunch of mobs --> put the piranhas unther them --> Big Bad Woodo --> with Horrife lock them into Big Bad Woodo --> Secrefice all your dog into them.
The nice thing in this build if you doing it right and have enough enemy in the area and coming to you you have infinite dog so you just keep nuke the enemy with 50 mill at the and. If you picking up heals globs to it can go upper. Each Fetish will hit over 40 mill.
This is a very fun build it is really give you back the feeling of killing monsters and not just sitting there and spaming rain of toads, what is really boring after a while. Elits just blow up in a sec and you have the feeling of controling the whole area of the fight. I do not see this build eny where not with Zuni at least so I had the most fun in the last 2 years whan I figured it out.
Really fast pased build T6 is very very easy with it.
