Build Guide
This build is for speed running normal difficulty. Uses include rift key frag farming and Spinter / Speed Racer seasonal conquests. The top priority is arcane power management for infinite teleportation over long distances with the aether walker. Second priority is speed. Damage is next. We're playing on normal difficulty so survivability is pretty much ignored because you're going to end up with plenty of vit, armor, and int/all resist just by putting on whatever gear you have.The great part is, you really don't need resource cost reduction everywhere, even though I said it was the top priority. Shoulder and one other roll should be enough. If you find yourself running out of arcane power, simply change your storm armor rune from scramble to power of the storm. Problem solved.
Every skill has one of three purposes: 1. instant damage 2. speed 3. AP management
If you have enough of one, you can get more of another. For example, let's say your avarice band, cosmic strand, and shoulders all have RCR on them. You can probably pick up conflagration instead of astral presence.
The only reason I'm using MW:electrify is because I thought it might be able to break breakables to activate warzechian speed boost. I'm not actually sure if it can but it doesn't hurt to have it and should make calamity hit an extra target or two from time to time. I think I ran force weapon in that video but it really doesn't matter which one you use.
