Amulet: Probably the best option is Hellfire Amulet. Dexterity /Critical Hit Chance / Critical Hit Damage/ Socket with a good passive. If you dont have one, you can use any amulet with Dexterity /Critical Hit Chance / Critical Hit Damage/ Socket combination
Belt: Witching Hour. Dexterity / Vitalty / Attack Speed / Critical Hit Damage. if you dont have one, you can use Blackthorn's belt with amulet for 3 set item bonus as option. (Elite Damage reduction + Bonus Elite Damage)
Off-Hand: Bombadier's Rucksack Dexterity / Vitality / Critical Hit Chance / Maximum Discipline / Cluster Arrow Damage (Attack Speed has no importance)
Weapon: 3 Options : Kridershot > Arcane Barb > Etrayu. Kridershot is best in Slot. If you dont have one you can go with Arcane Barb. Etrayu with bonus cold damage is another good option.
