Rundown

This is a very fast build, which keeps you attentive and on your toes. The key is to chain Fetish Army cooldowns for maximum efficiency, with Starmetal Kukri, Tribal Rites and Thing of the Deep + Grave Injustice aiding this. Though the build functions well in a group setting, it is most effective in solo play where your Fetish Army has the opportunity to consistently refresh its own cooldown off of the Starmetal Kukri.

As with most pet builds you're going to be required to run Mask of Jeram + Tasker and Theo. I have gone with the 3 piece Aughild's (bracers rolled +Fire%/Int/Vit/CritCh) and 2 piece Blackthorne's for maximum +Elite Damage%.

Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan will provide the build with significantly more damage output than Blackthorne's Jousting Mail, though either of these pieces are effective depending on your personal survivability.

While the type of Amulet (rolled +Fire%/Int/CritCh/CritDmg) does not matter, Stone of Jordan (rolled +Fire% and 2 of Int/CritCh/CritDmg/+Elite%) and The Tall Man's Finger (rolled Int/Vit/CritCh/CritDmg) are BiS for the build.

You will want to roll +15% Fetish Army damage on Shoulders, Chest and Mojo for maximum damage output.

Gearing

Helm: Mask of Jeram (Int/Vit/CritCh/Socket)
Neck: Your Choice (+Fire%/Int/CritCh/CritDmg)
Shoulders: Aughild’s Power (Int/Vit/[All Res or Armor or CDR]/+Fetish%)
Chest: Aughild’s Rule (Int/Vit/+Fetish%/3 Sockets)
Gloves: Tasker and Theo (Int/Vit/CritCh/CritDmg)
Bracers: Aughild’s Search (+Fire%/Int/Vit/CritCh)
Belt: Blackthorne’s Notched Belt (Int/Vit/Life/Armor)
Pants: Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan (Int/Vit/[Life % or Armor or All Res]/3 Sockets)
Boots: Blackthorne’s Spurs (Int/Vit/[Armor or All Res]/MoveSpd)
Ring 1: Stone of Jordan (+Fire%/[2 of Int or CritCh or CritDmg]/+Elite%)
Ring 2: The Tall Man’s Finger (Int/Vit/CritCh/CritDmg)
Weapon: Starmetal Kukri (Int/CritDmg/Socket)
Off Hand: Thing of the Deep (Int/Vit/CritCh/+Fetish%)

Options

While a Starmetal Kukri is strongly reccomended for the build (yes, I'm sorry), you have flexibility with a couple of other pieces. Though I have tested, and find it significantly less effective, Tall Man's Finger may be switched out for a Royal Ring of Grandeur. This, of course, frees up one slot of Aughild's and one slot of Blackthorne's (if desired).

If this route is chosen, I recommend a Cindercoat in place of Aughild's Rule as the build is entirely reliant on +Fire%. If you find yourself dying on Torment 6, you can opt to keep the 3-piece Blackthorne's for the 4-piece bonus with Royal Ring of Grandeur. Alternatively, a Witching Hour makes a fine replacement for Blackthorne's Notched Belt as you will still be eligible for the 3-piece Blackthorne's set bonus.

Lastly, Thing of the Deep is very much a nice to have in the Mojo slot, as the pickup radius makes Grave Injustice very strong. If you find yourself dying, Uhkapian Serpent is a very good alternative and should be seen as a side-grade to Thing of the Deep (I don't feel that either is necessarily "better" in the build). The counter argument for Thing of the Deep is of course increased efficiency leading to faster clears on average overall.
