First priority is getting lots of CDR and RCR. It's probably even possible to give up the Sunwoku set - the Tempest Rush damage should be enough (in that case use the secondary items I proposed). Chest and amulet are kind of "free choices" as there isn't a clear "best item", on the other slots all alternatives are not optimal and might reduce the efficiency of this build. The two first gems again are there because of their movement speed bonus; Gogok might be okay for additional CDR, but also requires more spirit regeneration due to the increased attack speed, so it's probably best to just run with two gems.
Not using a LMB skill because you'll keep RMB pressed all the time anyways.

Paragon point order as displayed - if you are above paragon 600 you might not put points in attack speed (if you have spirit issues).

This build is more or less experimental - add your thoughts for improvements. It's definitely not the fastest bounty build (check my DH build which is significantly faster) but it's a lot of fun, in my opinion.
Playstyle: You never have to hit the mantra button, the passive effect is all you need. There's also no LMB. All you need to do is hit the three cooldown buttons occasionally to make sure they're up as often as possible (Ally for the spirit gain on activation) and keep running around with RMB pressed. Really simple! Watch the video to see it in action.
