now that wormwood staff gives 20-25% inc poison damage and locust every second + permanent +20% damage to all from the new haunt rune
My idea is to try and maximise the use of poison skills with damage amplified by haunt, piranhado and +% poison damage
Helms
Zuni Helm = for 4 piece set for solo, or Zuni Ring for group play
Tiklandian = horrify for permanent CC
MoJ = poison pets so swap out Horrify for Gargantuan/Big Stinker)
Carnevil = Swap RoT for Poison Dart/Splinter (or snake to face if you want even more CC)
Legendary Gems, GoET & BotT are mandatory due to procs from skills, 3rd is open choice atm and I am using WIldebeest GIzzard for OP heals
