Taunt all nearby enemies and instantly generate an additional 5 Wrath for every enemy taunted. Taunted enemies will focus their attention on you for 4 seconds.
Hit Me
Gain 50% increased Block Chance for 4 seconds after casting Provoke.
Gain Swiftness with every attack, increasing your Attack Speed by 1% and Dodge by 0.5% for 4 seconds. This effect stacks up to 15 times.
On the Piro Marella you can use LPSS instead of Block% to get more heal.
Skill bonus will not be that effective because you already get 100% out of the set. Hence I prefer other stats in some cases.
Cooldown reduction (CDR) has its use but should not really be prioritised. The more CDR you have the more resources you get.

Build Guide
This build is about an aggressive melee style. Charge an enemy and smash him with your weapon and shield. Don't just watch your pets do all the work from a save distance. Be a real melee!
With this build you should use "Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver" (Smite proc gem). Keep up Punish and Roland's effects. There will be a lot of procs.
The weapon does not really matter. Just get a 2H weapon with a lot of dps. If you like Condemn you can use it with the Blade of Prophecy.
Consecration became a really good skill. It heals for 48k HP per second. This can have a really relaxing effect on those ranged people.
Yep; those are great thoughts. I agree with Bane of the Trapped being a good addition to this build.
You're completely right about wrath regeneration. Shield Glare with enough CDR and the Towering Shield passive, I can grab Wrath. I stopped running Provoke b/c now I'm actually having difficulty surviving. I picked up Akarat's Champion - Prophet for the armor and Iron Skin as well. Any advice on survivability? Should I just try out Consecration? Thanks!
I was thinking about a similar build on my way to work this morning. Though i'll probably substitute the law for something as ive got a skywarden that supports me well enough. Good build/guide though.
This is the build that I use for Roland's set. It's a pretty well done build if you're interested in the new set. For the gems I also use the Mirinae, but the other two I typically use are Gogok of Swiftness and Pain Enhancer. Might change out the Pain Enhancer for something else, but from what I've seen, the gem still works pretty well for this build.
Could you probably consider adding what you would reroll on stats? That could be helpful to some that don't know what primary stats they should keep on gear and what you should aim for. That's just a tid-bit pick for me, but still doesn't change what you've done for the build so far.

Also, how do you deal with resource regeneration? Simply rely on Reaper's Wraps?
