64-bit Client won't launch on Fall Creators Update (16299)

• Any Windows Insiders out there having issues with the 64-bit client? I get the
Diablo III was unable to initialize D3D. Click OK to retry.

error. I've reinstalled the Blizzard App, reinstalled D3, updated Windows 10 (running 16299.19), and updated my nVidia drivers. No luck. Anybody else having issues?
• Hey y'all!

Lets also can you also try disabling the XBox Game DVR service. Once that is done, disable the fullscreen optimizations through the game properties compatibility tab. To do that:
- In the Blizzard App, select the Options drop down in the Diablo 3 tab and select Show in Explorer
- Right-click on DiabloIII.exe and select Properties
- Go to the Compatibility tab and check the box ‘Disable fullscreen optimizations’
- Press Apply and OK
• There's a new Nvidia driver that came out today. Would suggest grabbing it from here to test.
