Application encountered an unexpected error

  • I'm trying to launch D3 from the Blizz App but keep getting this error window with different "GUID" values.

    I have SC 1, HotS, and D3 PTR updates on hold.

    Can anyone tell me what they actually mean?
    If I knew what the problem was (on my end), I could probably fix it.

    These errors are a little tricky! We can try some simple things first, let's try a selective start up and a new admin. I wasn't able to find much with the errors, but usually those Crash ID's changing may suggest some memory issues. We can see if running a Windows Memory Diagnostic and a ScanDisk and Defrag helps.
