Getting Network Disconnects on V 2.6.

  • Hi.
As some users stated here before, I get ingame disconnects from server the last view days. Some things I want to point out:

    - I didn`t change or install any new programs the last months.
    - No hardware was changed
    - It happens unregulary after 2-3 minutes (lately I was doing bountys)
    - I did several restarts, DSL-Modem-Restarts and IPconfig renews.
    - All Diablo.exe Files are started in Admin-Mode. Diablo64.exe is executed.
    - All drivers are up to date.
    - My other Blizzard-Games: (WOW / OVERWATCH / HEARTSTONE) work fine.

I did trace. As I understand this the 100% packet loss is at pos. 2 on Blizzard side:

  • Howdy!

Thanks for being so detailed with your information! Your Ping test failed, may be a sign of packet loss. Remember the LookingGlass report's Trace and MTR shows the connection path from Blizzard to your connection, but the ping test requires the sever to get an answer helping to show the connection from you to us.

Can you please run a WinMTR and try to capture a disconnect or high latency while the WinMTR program is running in the background? Then select: copy to clipboard and paste the WinMTR results back in your reply?

Thank you! This will help out a lot in finding the source of the issue.
