Intermittent Packet Loss/ Lag Spikes.

• Hi, the same thing is happening for me in Overwatch which I have put up a similar post with my results. I used resource manager to identify the server IP(AUS), since i was constantly re-directed to a "Page Not Found" in Blizzard Support.

• Hey there m3thfi3nd!

Took a look over the WinMTR results and we're seeing that the packet loss looks to start directly after leaving the modem:

| 172.18.112.237 - 5 | 127 | 121 | 13 | 20 | 56 | 38 |
| 172.18.71.101 - 13 | 99 | 87 | 14 | 23 | 55 | 14 |
|bundle-ether4.way-edge902.adelaide.telstra.net - 9 | 111 | 102 | 13 | 22 | 55 | 15 |
|bundle-ether8.way-core4.adelaide.telstra.net - 15 | 95 | 81 | 14 | 23 | 48 | 43 |

If we've already gone through the basic steps here, then we'd suggest contacting the ISP for further assistance as the routing of the connection is going to be more within their scope to look into.
