submit ticket

  • Hi. My diablo account was hacked and I have submitted ticket to apply for the rcovery. However, I haven't received any email (even the request of changing password) from blz. I checked my battlenet account and there is no ticket in processing. Is there anything wrong? Should I re-submit the ticket?

    You'll need to wait for a response. They're handling tickets in the order they're received and they're fairly busy right now.
