cannot connect to servers

  • One day, my computer had given me a blizzard alert and a code to appairently help me determine my problems, then my pc restarted and I lost the code. Now diablo 3 is stuck trying to connect to the servers every time I try to log in. I don't even get an error code. please help!

    Let's try power cycling the connection and flushing the DNS.

    I'm afraid there's not much information from you about the issue. You say it doesn't give an error code but then you say it gives the same error?

    Start with reinstalling the Blizzard Desktop app if you would please.

    If it doesn't help, please post the D3Debug.txt file in your Diablo III folder. If you've managed to patch the game lately, it will be in your Diablo III\X64 folder instead.
