Website not allowing me to buy RoS?

  • I have been trying this all day, every time I try to purchase RoS it tells me that I am ineligible to upgrade because my account is suspended, but my account is not, and was not ever suspended. I have been playing without interruption all week, and my account is listed as active on the account management page.

    I've tried everything to get around this and there doesn't seem to be any way to do so. Is this an issue with my account? Or is it an issue with the website? I know for a fact I have had no suspensions on my account.

    Please go ahead and clear your web browsers Cache and try to purchase RoS again. Let me know what happens.

    That thread will most likely be closed. The original issue that was being covered in that thread is resolved. However, I have been looking it over to see if there any pathpings that point to any issues on our end. So far, I've only seen ISP related issues though.
