Continuation from this two threads:
After locking the first thread I've received an email, more likely from you because it was actually written by a human being and it was not a generic response from a computer like the previous tickets responses I've read. That was two days ago and I haven't heard anything yet...
Also, my account just keeps getting suspended, it got locked up on May 8th and it said it was going to expire after 2 days... After waiting 2 days I check again and it got locked again, and again. This was today:

I just would like a response from you, can my account please get a rollback so I can play again, I'm dying to play 1.0.8, I've barely tested it.
After many attempts to talk to a "real" Blizzard employee I could finally do it over here in the forums, so thanks for that, you were the only one answering like a real human being. (The guys from the chat seems robots T_T)
