Discovered in PVP when testing the skill, it appears that players within the length of the beam are not hit.
HOWEVER if they are at the end of the beam, where the small "poof" is, they are hit just fine.
Tested with sleet storm and that works fine.
Disintegrate is normal.
Archon Disintigrate is normal
