With today's news, will 1.07 happen? I really hope the news means the patch is also scrapped.

Patch 1.0.7 is still on target for release. If you have any feedback regarding the patch (comments on current design, suggestions for improvement, etc), please be sure to post in the PTR Feedback forum.
