I just got hacked 
Five minutes after i got my first legendary wand, i got disconnected saying another user has logged in with my account on another computer. I saw that he got my e-mail aswell, so i quickly changed passwords on both accounts but that !@#$head still got my wand, money, gems and crafting materials. I am to angry to think right now, so can someone please tell me if this is common and how i get help the quickest way?

Not true, I have iphone authenticator and battlenet sms lost all my stuff, my work mate sat next to me has a normal authenticator and he has had every char stripped of gear and gold, the other 2 guys I play with also use authenticators, 1 has andriod version the other iphone, all gold and gear gone.
This hack / security flaw is completely bypassing logins all together.
Have you contacted support about this? We have yet to investigate a compromise report in which an authenticator was attached beforehand.
