Right now on the HC AH there are multiples copies of the same perfect 2-4dmg/5IAS ring with the exact same durability. there is also a bunch of other ring with exact copies.
This isn't a bug nor a dupe. Players are selling items they bought off of vendors.
Currently, all Rare (yellow) items can only be purchased once from vendors. Once you buy it, it disappears from the vendor's inventory.
Magic (blue) items have unlimited stock on vendors but they are no where near the best items in the game.
