My heroes are missing

  • Hi i login in my acc but i see all my heroes are missing i don't play long time ago about 9 months or mayby more i don't member.
    I feel like i login in not my acc like new i go to acc in battle.net and i see my need put Add Game Key i put from cd box and show me this Key used so like this acc it's like new how i can login in my old acc i confuse :(

    I change servers, but heroes emty
    So question can i get back all staff or no and why i lose ?

    It sounds like you must have used a different Battle.net account to attach your Diablo III game to. The account you're posting from only has the Start Edition you put on today. You didn't provide all of the contact info on your account so I can't really search for any others you may have made.

    Submit a support ticket and ask for help in locating your other Battle.net account. If you provide them with the authentication key you used (do not post it here), they will hopefully be able to find it and providing you can prove you're the owner, they can tell you the name.

    There are 5 characters on the account you're now posting from as yo an see by checking the profile. From looking at your account, it appears you were able to access them finally as I see two of the characters were just accessed in the last day or so. I see you've updated the account's contact info as well.

    You have a level 41 Wizard on the US region. I'm guessing that's the character you're looking for.

    On the main login screen, before logging in, select Options > Account > and then check the region selected under Server Region Selection. Once it's right, continue logging in and you should see your missing character.

    If you used a different Battle.net account before, yes, that's why they're not on your new account. You'll have to remember and use the older account to get access to them again. Contacting our Billing Department is your best bet in getting help remembering the name.
